General Features:

1)Maglev control, high energy efficiency

Adopt magnetic bearings, no lubricating oil, no risk of acidification and degradation of frozen oil, Easy for maintenance

The energy consumption of magnetic bearing is about 180w,much less than the mechanical loss of traditional compressor gear case(more than 10000w)

Adopt permanent magnet synchronous motors, PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) supply power, to operate by variable speed(18000-37000rpm)

2)Safe and reliable

NO touch between Axle and bearing. no friction and with longer service life. It could bear shut down for a hundred thousand times. Unit service life is more than 25 years

Starting current is only 2AMP, much lower than traditional centrifugal chiller(500AMP). Avoid the shock to power network. NO electromagnetic switch. It could supply power automatic and close down as general program when the system is shut down in an abnormal situation.

3)Comfort and silence

No gear case, little vibration and low noise(less than 68dbA)

Remote control: control with telephone network or internet. The function of remote control is combined with chain and timing, to realize the unattended operation
